Hello, I need to set up/ repair our DKIM signature.
I get an error: "Your DKIM signature is not valid".
I need to redo the DKIM I suppose, but cannot find anything to generate a DKIM record except an icon that is supposed to be in cPanel, but does not appear.
Note that DKIM and SPF are both enabled in WHM for all of our accounts.

Any help will be greatly appreciated! We email very important documents and they are ending up in SPAM folders or rejected.

Hello :)

The option is available in cPanel under "Email Authentication". Do you have access to edit the feature list for your packages? If so, you can enable the "Email Authentication" feature via:

"WHM >> Packages >> Feature Manager"

Otherwise, please report this to your web hosting provider so they can enable this feature.

Thank you.

That did the trick! I had manually copied this account from our old host and it left the package "undefined" I didn't see any harm in that.
I created a package for it with the Email Authentication enabled and it worked.
:) Live and learn!
Thanks a million.
