Cpanel Email Error

    Im getting this email

    httpd failed @ Sat Mar 13 15:26:03 2010. A restart was attempted automagically.
    Service Check Method: [tcp connect]

    Failure Reason: Unable to connect to port 80

    Do anyone know why I am getting these email? As well as helping me fix problem.

    The email is stating that it is not able to see your web server running. Is it running and accepting connections?

    It seems that your server exceeded the number of allowed connection. You will have to check the apache error logs using the below mentioned command:

    grep MaxClients /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
