cPanel email not received by hotmail and gmail

When i send a email created at account created at cpanel, to hotmail or outlook.com those servers never receive my emails . Checked blackilists...and nothing...no returning mensage error. Godaddy (my host) says that they can do nothing...instead they try to sell a 365 email....
Something to workaround that problem?

Please ensure you are following the guidelines on the following document:

How to keep your email out of the SPAM folder

Your hosting provider should be able to verify some of those settings are enabled if you do not have root access to the system.

Thanks for reply ....but the email dont go to spam folder, just disapear.

And please just tell me if really have a problem with email from cpanel and hotmail or its not true ?

Hello,

Check if you have a rDNS set properly for your server and also double check if the emails delivered to the SPAM folder of Gmail / Hotmail.

Once the rDNS is set and its live, try sending the emails and it should be fine.

I have a shared host at godaddy, i can add a record but dont know how to get something different of that:

FCrDNS test result:
107.180.57.xxx resolved to ip-107-180-57-xxx.ip.secureserver.net.
ip-107-180-57-xxx.ip.secureserver.net resolved to 107.180.57.xxx;
rDNS if forward confirmed.

Dynamic IP test result:
ip-107-180-57-xxx.ip.secureserver.net looks like dynamic IP address or PTR record looks like generic.

You should report this issue to your web hosting provider. Without root access, you don't have permission to adjust settings such as RDNS or permission view /var/log/exim_mainlog for additional logging information.
