Cpanel Error

    Hi im chris I own the domain c-h-r-i-s.net and when i goto my page it gives me some kind of cpanel error page, My hosting is through thehostingspecialist.com i can still login to the ftp account and everything but they will not e-mail me back about the problem, do any of you have any suggestions to what could be wrong if so e-mail me at chris_dot_net@yahoo.com

    Might be a propagation issue as I see a black screen on your site not a cpanel error message.

    Site

    Everything was fine for a long time until about 3 weeks ago , it says no page is configured at this location, but everythings pointing to the domain servers ns1.thehostingspecialist.com and ns2.thehostingspecialist.com i dont see why im getting this.

    What is WHM

    Can you please tell me what WHM is, are you saying its my WebHost who should fix the problem, because they will not respond to me , they used to be very good in responding now all of a sudden they don't answer any e-mails at all, and i dont want to be paying for this if it's not working.

    From cpanel.net: "WHM allows you to but is not limited to administering individual accounts, reseller accounts & performing basic system & control panel maintenance via a secure interface."
    And yes-likely your host will need to fix.
