cPanel expert for tutorial?

Hi, we use cPanel for our web hosting, but we are certainly not proficient. We would like to find a cPanel expert who can give us sort of an overview/tutorial in how to use cPanel. We would like to do this meeting or meetings via a phone and Web meet. The cPanel tech staff, as well as most techs we have consulted, will not do phone or Web meets, they prefer to fix the problem for you. Since we will be using cPanel for some time to come, we'd rather learn how to fix the problems ourselves. Can anyone recommend someone to me? My e-mail address is [email protected] -- thank you!!! Hi, I have a similar request.

I'm shopping for what I'd call "hosting consulting". Looking for an ongoing relationship with a hosting expert I can hire as needed to answer questions, help me design solutions, respond to emergencies etc.

Have been contacting a number of well known server management companies without much luck. About half do not reply at all, the other half offer non responsive one sentence replies, and then vanish. Puzzling. Looks like I'm barking up the wrong tree.

Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated, many thanks.

It would be very difficult and time consuming to cover even the basics via live consultation.

I would recommend first obtaining a set of the numerous Flash tutorials for WHM & cPanel avaiable on the net for basic staff training then make a list of questions you may still have.

These remaining questions would be much easier to handle in live format.
