    None of those are cPanel exploits. Those are all Linux/Unix/BSD based "exploits". Most though are not an issue on a properly secured and updated server.

    You missed http://www.commandt.org/xpl/cp9, but that's just an exploit for the reset password bug in Cpanel 9.1 - it's been patched for a long time.
