cPanel Failing to Load After Login

After logging-in to cPanel for any user, using SSO or the front-end login, the expected main page does not load. Instead the following text appears, with nothing else on the page:

I found that post as well. Unfortunately, the hit on that term is just referencing the content of a file. There are no API1 results on this install.
