CPanel feature active / not active option in WHM

For many end users it's great that there are so many options in CPanel.
However I noticed that there are also a lot of users that would only need some basic options like e-mail or maybe 1 or 2 other options.
When you present many features to the non technical user it can lead to more confusion and questions and problems.

I thought it would be nice if WHM would enable us to deactivate features (for example shopping cart, forums) in a Cpanel account when you don't want those features to show up for a certain user.

What do you think? Good idea ? Bad idea ? :)
