I updated to the latest version today using /scripts/upcp, now when I create a new account and login into the domain's cpanel I'm taken directly to the mail options page and all other cpanel features (FTP Manager, MySQL Database, Subdomains, etc) are missing.

For example, if I load http://example.com/cpanel I am taken to http://example.com.au:2082/frontend/xmail/index.html which only provides options to update mail preferences. If I try to go to where the real index page should be at http://example.com.au:2082/frontend/x/index.html I receive the following message:

    Not Found

The server was not able to find the document (./frontend/x/index.html) you requested
Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report
    this error to your webhost.

What can I do to fix this problem?

That's because you using Xmail as your default theme at your package.

Open your WHM, at Account function, choose: Modify an account, click the respective account, and modify THEME other than Xmail (you can choose X or X2), click save.

    Hope this help. Thanks
