cPanel File Manager Issue

I'm not sure what would cause this behavior in the current editor and I believe it'd be best if we're able to see the configuration on the server. Can you please open a ticket using the link in my signature? Once open please reply with the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the resolution once the ticket is resolved.
