cPanel For VPS and dedicated server

my company has interested buy cpanel license, but we have little problems
1. why have big different price vps and dedicated
2. what the features of cpanel vpc and dedicated
3. it is posible is i use 1 pc with ( Centos) and i have instaled cpanel for vps ?
