Cpanel Force Change password

Hello :

I force my user to change their pass through WHM , but many user even after changed their pass , again can't log to cpanel and cpanel ask them to change their password , How Can resolve this ?

For such an issue, I would suggest opening a ticket with cPanel so their analysts can inspect this issue live. I personally haven't seen anything like this before.

Have you checked to see if their accounts are blocked by cPHulk brute force detection? This can prevent the user from accessing their account and lead them to believe the password is wrong. This option is documented at:
