cpanel forum reputation points

Hi,

I would like to know how the reputation points gets increased in cpanel forums. thank you.

3 icons above the "Join Date" in the upper right of each post...
#<and the post number>
Scale
Exclamation Point sign.

They work in this order:
"View this post alone in a new window"
"Add to this users reputation, using this post as the reason"
"Report this post to the staff as a bad post, or spam"

In other words, click on the Scale in the upper right of the post.

Yes, I know . What I have asked is how the reputation points increases, like 10 points, 20 points etc...
