Thre is some issues in forwarders function.

Please look below 3 fowarders, the 2nd one is we did not created, it is created it self, when i try to delete the same ,a message comes on my screen that forwarder has been deleted successfully. But when i refresh that page i found that deleted forwarder is still there, it doesn't deleted

    Address Forward To Functions
    1 . test@domain.com to domain@domain.com Trace Delete
    2. domain@domain.com to domain Trace Delete
    3. test1@domain.com to domain@domain.com Trace Delete

    1. why i m not able to delete that forwarder from cPanel account ??

    2. what is the other way to delete the same, obviously SSH but i don't know command let me know the same.

    3. Important question is : how can, this forwarder created.

When you say "to domain" and "to domain1" - can you elaborate what you mean by this? What is displayed in the list of forwarders for these entries?

oops little mistake there by me

    more elaboration as below
    Code:
    host : domain.com
    user : domain

    email accounts

    user1@domain.com; user2@domain.com; user3@domain.com; owner@domain.com

    forwarder entries as below

    user1@domain.com to owner@domain.com
    user2@domain.com to owner@domain.com
    usere3@domain.com to owner@domain.com
    domain@domain.com to domain

we did manually first 3 entries & the last one we didn't created

when i go to delete the last entry from cPanel, we are unable to deleted the same

a message shows it deleted successfully but when i Refresh that page i have seen that its not deleted

note : other entries we can delete

hope this is enough for u

I recommend having our technical analysts take a look at your server to see what may be causing that final entry that you did not create. You can contact them at: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit
