cpanel full backup restore problem in latest stable verjen

hi dear,
i was installed centos 5.5 and cpanel 11.28.64 and now want to restore our cpanel full backup files.
Restore was completed without any error but my sql databases did not restore.
How can i solve this problem?
Attension that backup file was correct and i was restore it in cpanel 11.25 sucsesfully.
Is there any confuguration needed for mysql after installing cpanel?
