    cpanel please fix this

If too many addon/parked domains are added too quickly it causes apache to crash.
This can be observed by simply clicking on the Add Domain button in parked domains about 4 times.

I suggest that cpanel make sure NOT to graceful restart apache more then once every 2 minuites regardless of how many changes are made.

Is there a reason why cpanel graceful restarts apache EVERY 10 minuites???
It seems to be useless considering apache is already restarted when a change is made.
At the very least it should only restart if httpd.conf was modified since the last restart.

I had a similar problem where it would not start up after some random graceful restart. I recently rebuilt apache and have not had one of these crashes in 3 days now. I will post again in a week to give an update.
