cPanel has a self-signed SSL (free) for logging into WHM or cPanel - this can be updated with an authority signed SSL if required.

Shared self-signed or authority signed SSL certificates can also be installed via WHM (requires a dedicated IP, of course) although you will need to make a few simple changes using the mod_userdir tweak.
