CPanel Initial setup

Hi. I am wanting to setup cpanel on a dedicated server with one ip address, I would like to do shared web hosting for several domains. When setting up cpanel I have selected BIND and now it is asking me for my dns servers.. For my main domain I am using dns servers at the place I bought the domain from.. but for the other domains on this server I would like this dedicated server to be the dns server. How do I set this up? Do I make A records for ns1 and ns2 .mysite.com and point them to the ip of my dedicated?
