I also cannot create a support ticket, so I do not know what to do.

    Hello :)

It's possible this was the result of a bad mirror at the time of the installation. Do you still experience this issue when attempting to install cPanel?

    Thank you.

I'm having this exact error attempting to install on Centos7. I attempted to open a ticket, but I'm unable to do so since I do not have a current installation so I cannot get an ID to submit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello :)

Are you still experiencing the same error message during the install attempt at this time?

    Thank you.

Are you forcing any specific mirrors through the use of the /etc/cpsources.conf file?

    Thank you.
