cPanel Install issues. Retrieving and Staging Stop Command?

Currently one of our networks HP Proliant DL380 has a brand new centos cpanel iso installed from your site. It has been sitting at Retrieving and staging /cpanelsync/11.36.0.21/cpanel/scripts/getfreemount.pl.bz2 for the last 3 hours and not moved. Im unsure of errors as the tail -f does not show anything from the .log

Is there a way to stop this and install it myself?

Have you disabled the selinux on your machine? Make sure that the dns resolvers are set correct on your server.

/etc/resolv.conf

If the current DNS resolvers are not working, you may use Google dns.
