    try
yum update bzip2 or just update your entire box
    yum update

see if it clears the error
centos 5.8 is the latest centos 5 version

firstly, install centos6.3 using netinstall cd image (minimal)
    and then
sorry i can't attach the install log (forum says invalid type)

i also tried 3-4 times on both centos 5.7 recommened and centos 6.3
i think the problem can be seen here:

thank you dalem. i found the real problem. haha.. datacenter's firewall is suck. that's why the OS can't download some files from cpanel.
i've built a tunnel from centos to another computer outside. BUt can't set it to default gateway. Do you know how to do it?

i mean that how i can set pptp to default gateway. but i did it :D

Everything is fine now. this is solution for everyone who face the same problem.
    1.truoble identify:
this text appears in your /var/log/cpanel-install.log
    2.reason
internet connection problem (firewall, slow connection ..)
    3.solution
    install over PPTP connection.
    NOTE:
you need to reboot to restore default gateway
euro1.vpnbook.com is a free service so it doesn't work well alltime.
If you don't want to reboot, please use following command
