Please avoid linking to external sites to provide log output or screenshots. You can include a file containing log output as an attachment to your reply.
To address the problem you have experienced, it the log snippet you provided indicates that your server may be running out of disk space during the cPanel update, which will prevent it from installing or updating the RPM packages that are mentioned. The cPanel update process will stop if less than 1.6GB is available, but that is a minimum and it can take much more than that to finish an update.
We would be happy to look at this directly and determine if a lack of space is indeed the root of the problem, or if it is caused by something else, if you would like to submit a ticket. There is no charge to submit a ticket, and the link to do so is in my signature.
