cPanel installation freezing

I've been trying to install cPanel on my dedicated server, but the installation is always freezing in this thing:

Hello

That indicates your server is downloading the packages through YUM. How long does it hang at that part of the installation? You can check the download speed for to your server by downloading some test files via the command line.

hello.
its now 30-40 minutes in that state of installation and took like 15 minutes to get there.

Downloading speed is around 400-500mb/s.

I recommend giving it some more time. It's likely just taking longer than usual to download those system packages. It could be that your server's connection to that specific download mirror is slow. This is not necessarily an issue with the cPanel installation, as you would likely experience a similar result by running "yum update".
