cPanel Installatron Backups?

Hello everyone. I need a little help, or rather a better understanding of how the Installatron backup system through GoDaddy works. I just got off the phone with GoDaddy but, unfortunately, the support person I spoke with couldn't answer my question.

So here's the problem. I currently have Automatic Backups set to 1 Daily > 1 Weekly > 1 Monthly. As a result, I get an email every day indicating that a daily backup has been successfully performed. However, when I view My Backups within Installatron, the backups being made seem somewhat random. Here's an example of one of my WordPress websites:

Date-Expiry-Version-Size-Location
2021-09-24 2:13am - Auto - 5.81 - 172.5MB - Server
2021-09-21 2:11am - Auto - 5.81 - 172.5MB - Server
2021-08-20 2:13am - Auto - 5.8 - 172.5MB - Server

I'm assuming that only three backups are being stored, which is fine. But what logic is cPanel using for the backups?

Hey there! cPanel doesn't create or distribute the Installatron software as that is a third-party plugin, so I don't have an answer for this issue either. It would be best to reach out to their team at Installatron Documentation and Support for more details about how that software works.
