Cpanel Interactive Knowledgebase -- Thumbs Down

I am not typically critical of things, but I have found the Knowlegebase in Cpanel to be a waste of space. Why not simply remove the link as it is completely and utterly useless.

Funny about 3 years and not once have I got anything out of it but you never know it could be that one time that counts.

I love cpanel but it's definably not a exciting option.
