Hello Folks,

When one opens any file which is on the server the font size is preset to very small. There are though a couple of options for the size (like 12 or 14 points), but it is extremely frustrating that there is no way to set a default size like 12 or 14 points for all files or at least the site files that I placed there which mostly contain both code as well text.

IS THERE SOME WAY TO DO THIS?

I have a Reseller Account and have therefore access to both the WHM as well as the CPanel.

Thank you,

Hi Infopro,
Thanks for your input.
I open CPanel and have the normal paper_lantern theme. Click on File Manager and then public_html. Subsequently a file therein in Code Editor.
Please have a look at the screenshots attached.

Strangely enough in the text editor the default font-size is 17px, but no option to change the font.
In the CPanel I can change it, but no way to set it as default.

In your case I see a sort of a drop-down for font-size. In my case the options look different.

Perhaps there is a "view" setting somewhere?

I'm running a newer version of cPanel it seems. There is not much that can be done on your end other than use the code editor and increase font size on that drop down menu in your first screenshot.
There is a new editor on the way, mentioned here:
Extending & customizing the Code Editor in File Manager?

Although I'm unsure it it will have an option to set default font size in the editor either.

Not sure if this matters or not, but in your screenshot you've got AdBlock Plus enabled for your cPanel. Have you tried another browser, or whitelisting / disabling ABP and anything else similar to see if that helps?
