I view YT videos on my tablet, and if I want to look at the video later or share the video, I email the link from my tablet's Gmail account to an email account on my cPanel server. Whether I send the Gmail from the tablet, or an Android phone, they are "filtered". If I go into YT from my Chrome on my PC and send the exact same link from the same email account, to the same email account, it goes right through.

I have never set up a mail filter but the error message says it is a filter, and in another topic here, they were told it was the Global Email filter. No matter where I look, I can't find any filters set. Actually, I perform my own spam management and don't want the server to block anything.

Help please! WHM 102.0.10

Hey there! You mention the error shows a filter - can you let us know the error you're seeing, or a copy of the logs from /var/log/exim_mainlog showing the message? Just make sure to remove the public information like domains and IP addresses.

I said the error message said it could be a filter or a spam program that was doing the blocking.

There are no filters in place, either on the domain or on a global basis.

I went into the domain and changed the SpamAssassin value from the default of 5 > 10 and I whitelisted the gmail account, and that fixed the problem, or I should say, one test mail went through.

Why would SpamAssasin block the mail from an Android device, but not block it from a PC? Same from to, same link in the message, etc.

It seems SA gives Android senders a higher spam value than PC senders, should that be the case? Thanks!!
