    Hi,

Note: Disk space usage is recalculated every four hours. It doesn't working & cPanel account is showing wrong disk space

there is email account test@example.tld & it has 1.2 GB mails which i am showing in backend , but the same account showing 0 MB usage on cPanel.

And this is not for the particular email account mostly email accounts showing wrong usage

i had ran following scripts to fix this issue but it doesn't , let me know what should i do now
    Code:
    # /scripts/fixquotas
    # /scripts/generate_maildirsize --verbose --allaccounts --force --confirm

Try removing the maildirsize file (or renaming it) then toggle that email account's quota.

    /home/user/mail/domain/user/maildirsize

*edit* didn't catch that you did that already

Have you tried toggling the quota?

I am having the same problem. I have searched Google and still do not see an answer to this problem. Has anyone figured out how to force disk space usage to recalculate?

    Hi guys,

I am having same issue. I have ran /scripts/fixquotas but the issue couldn't resolve yet ... I guess I better backup that account and terminate the account and recreate. may be this will help ... just a hope.

    Thanks

what will you do, if problem occurs again in future ??

how many times will you take backup, terminating & recreating account ??

will you do the same for all cPanel accounts which showing wrong disk space usage ??

actually this is not a proper solutions, cPanel support support staff & developers must have look for this bug & have to sort out this issue.
