Ever since my website host has upgraded to the new version of cPanel, my cpanel started to look like this:

If you don't notice, the text are on top of the other text, and some have MENU in front of them.

I'm just a reseller, not the root administrator, is there anything I can do to fix this?

I had the same issue on one of my accounts
There is nothing you can do, you need to contact your provider
They need to re-run the update script
You may also find some icons are missing, so check the reseller account and ALL categories
I found Logaholics was missing, this was corrected by clicking on reset icon

    They responded with:
The issue is not on our end.

They told me the issue didn't occur for them when they went on my account.

Then I suggest changing providers to be honest. If there is issues like this after the update, there is a very good chance something wasn't downloaded and installed/updated correctly.

Please provide the screen print to them and ask them to show you a screen print indicating it is working where it clearly shows your domain on the screen print. They simply need to update the locales ( /usr/local/cpanel/bin/build_locale_databases to do that) based on a prior bug report we have about such issues. It seems unlikely that they weren't seeing the issue happen, though.

Here's a thread discussing the same issue, which you might also like to point them to:

    They responded with:
Its just cosmetic and will resolve next cpanel update.

I would keep bugging them until they run that one simple command to fix it.
