Hey, so I have about 10 separate reseller accounts active on my WHM and am not a particularly advanced user. Only one of the domain's accounts is showing no files under it's legacy file manager feature.

When you open the file manager it shows absolutely everything as it should do except the files and folders themselves, but you can create folders and upload files - and they do appear at their URLs but you cant see or therefore edit files or folders.

Need to update some data on a website urgently and need to work out a solution - any ideas?

    Cheers

    Hello :)

Do you notice any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when attempting to use Legacy File Manager? Do you experience the same issue with using the normal File Manager option?

    Thank you.

Hey, well normal File Manager just tries to load the files but fails - although it does show the directories strangely just none of the actual contents on the right side of the screen. The error log im not entirely sure but will have to check! Any ideas if not?
