Could you specify which log file is empty? Is it a specific log file within the account, or are you referring to the error log option within cPanel?

Are you sure there are recent errors associated with the account since the last statistics processing? If so, feel free to open a support ticket so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.
