cPanel License Activation.

It's been stuck at this for a week now, trying to get into the cPanel but giving me the error that the Licence is not activated. Here are some details that might help, I don't know exactly what to put. Anyway, I hope somebody can help. By the way, I am sharing an account with a friend. I don't think that is the problem though.

The server administrator needs to contact customer service or submit a support ticket about the license problem. A Web site owner does not have the access required to do anything about a cPanel license problem.
