Cpanel license has expired?

When I try to check my email I get an error message saying that my Cpanel license has expired? What does this mean, and how can I renew it? Does anyone know?

I also reveive a message when I try to access my Cpanel that says:

License File Expired

cpanel.net
LTD: 101XXXXXXX NOW: 1017XXXXXXXX

(I withheld the actual numbers in case of security issues)

If anyone has any thoughts I'd love the input.

Are you an end-user for a webhosting account on a CPanel machine, or are you the server administrator of a CPanel server?

In any case, the party responsible for paying the license fee for that server has not done so, and thus the license for the base IP of that server hath faded away in to the sunset.....

I'm an end user, but I was able to contact the admin and they got it straightend out. Thanks for your reply, though.
