CPANEL LICENSE INVALID

HI,

Nick why would my CPanel license be showing as invalid - I and my clients can't access my CPanel/WHM and receive email - I have paid my distrbutor the monthly fee - Why is CPanel giving this error?

Server lucy.24-7up.com 66.154.84.80

Please help fast!!

Hi,

I would contact the distributer and ask them why. Chances are it is like what happened to me - I paid the host, they never paid the distributer :/

I need a new distributor right now, I've got a business to run, clients can't access email or CPanel and we have paid our bill - I am very annoyed - This is another black mark for CPanel - Why punish the end user without warning - I have contacted the distributor - No answers from them I cant get in touch


I want to transfer distributors can anyone help?

ServerHost is no longer a Partner NOC. Their Partner NOC status was terminated at midnight. You can contact [email protected] to recieve a free 15 day license. It is not within our right to contact customers clients without them first contacting us, thus we are prevented from notifiying you. We are sorry for any inconvience this may have caused you.

sorry - I just LEFT ServerHost.
BAD experience. Cream on the cake was their hardware was crap and my main HD and backup HD died within days of each other.
No &We are really sorry - here, have xxxxxx as compensation&.

check over on www.webhostingtalk.com and look for jkehe - that's Jeff's username there.

Whenever there is a problem Jeff blames other and takes no responsibilty - ie not paying their datacenter's fees so the datacenter cuts them off - the datacenters fault.
Cpanel license expired - they never paid their bill - they say they did and it is the distributers fault.

Yeah thanks guys, all sorted now i got a new distributor.

Thanks nick, you know my gripes with CPanel were not directed at CPanel but the really poor service that I was getting from a certain individual - They were not doingCPanel any favours with their attitude.

serverhost.com is bad ..

i'm at the moment also a serverhost.com-client but after some bad support & service [[first server from them = bad move to a new datacenter and then also a other processer in the maschine == cancel;; give them a second chance with a new server = hd filled up, and filled up --) kernel oder hardware problem, request support, no answer on my icq-, mail-, pager-request, only after a fax]] i canceled (this time its final, by by serverhost) the contract on the end of this month (mai), good that i allready moved all accounts to my mainserver (pwebtech - they are great).

Hey Ncik,

you might want to tell them they are no longer a partner. They seem to think they are distributors now. http://serverhost.com/ main page at bottom.
