I can't login on my WHM and Cpanel it says :
This server does not have a valid license. To address this issue, you must contact your hosting provider.

When i check my ip license it is active, i have tried updating my license it stucked.
What can i do?

Do you notice any specific output when running the "/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt" command?

log in via ssh the error you receiving you all ready noted
"Timed out while connecting to port 995"

make sure your firewall is not blocking ports 995 & 2089

verify your main ip
#curl -L http://cpanel.net/showip.cgi

make sure it matches what you think it is

make sure you can resolve the license server
#host auth.cpanel.net

update license
#/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

if you get an error


telnet the license server
telnet auth.cpanel.net 2089
telnet auth.cpanel.net 995

if they timeout
edit your firewall or IPtables ( this you need to figure out on your own no one here knows what you are running)
