CPanel license/provider changes

    We have a box at rackshack that had a CPanel license from another provider.

    Recently we decided to change that provider to Rackshack since we were having to have the server restored. That license request was made by rackshack a while ago, and they tell us that they are still waiting for CPanel to make the license change active before they will bring the server back online.

    What is the best way to contact CPanel about this? I obviously can't open a support ticket, because the server is down and I don't have access to WHM. I'm not in a place where I can call them right now, though I can this afternoon.

    Anyone know the easiest way of expediting a license change?

    Whenever you need to contact us for a license change etc, please send an email to billing@cpanel.net explaining what changes you need.
