cpanel license?

    At 04:00 this morning I was unable to access email. There was a page about a license displayed. I contacted my server admin and was told it should have been updated. It is now 4:30 almost 12 hrs later. Can someone please explain why it takes so long for cpanel to update registrations/licenses?

    Something like that shouldn't take that long if the license is acquired directly from cPanel, Inc. Feel welcome to have your server administrator contact cs@cpanel.net so this can be looked into.

    Thanks for your response...however...when I called the admin....he said he doesn't know why it's not updated...he said the license was renewed...but was waiting on cpanel to do their thing....in the meantime...I have no email...nor do the 8 other sites on the server...

    You can check the status of a license any time at: License Verification - cPanel Inc.

    If this license was acquired directly from cPanel, Inc, please contact cs@cpanel.net. Order processing for licenses acquired directly from cPanel, Inc is typically handled within a matter of minutes from 7am to 7pm Eastern US time.

    If you have acquired your license through a reseller, please contact your licensing provider for further information.
