Cpanel Licensing Support

I am very new to this forum and so I hope this question isn't beneath all of the experts.

I just would like to know if the tech support with Cpanel is 24/7 for license issues.

Not 100% sure, you could email [email protected] and ask them. IIRC they usually give an (up to) 24 hour turnaround on license issues.
