Cpanel loads partially... urgent - please help!

Hi,

Suddenly Cpanel starts loadind partially, when try to log into cpanel.
It loads frontpage partially and keeps on loading on background. I have re-started cpanel service without help. There is no high load on server.

cPanel Access Level
Root Administrator
Out of curiosity if your run "df -h" does it have any problem coming up? Sometimes a bad mount can cause this. Also check the cPanel logs.
