    Hello...
    I am new to cPanel/WHM.

Why does cPanel require SSL to login to cPanel?
I have went to the tweak setting and have turned off everything to do with SSL and it still requires it.

Any help on this would be fantastic...

Please go into command line and restart cPanel in case this wasn't done:

    Code:
    /etc/init.d/cpanel restart
If cPanel didn't restart on changing the tweak settings, then you'd still be prompted.

You can use a self signed certificate instead, however SSL certs can be picked up from around $10/year so it's not much of an expense. I'd personally much rather use a self signed cert as opposed to plain text as the connection is still encrypted even without a purchased certificate on it.
