I have a bit of a touchy situation evolving with a client, and I need to be able to research just what has been going on with their account, as in who's been accessing it via the control panel. I found /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log, which would have the information I need, but it appears to be reset and zero'd out nightly?!? Kind of defeats the purpose of having such a log, if you can only use it to see what's been going on that particular day. :( Does anyone happen to know if this file is rotated out to some other place, or is there anywhere to alter this 'delete nightly' behavior?
