cPanel lost MX settings during account transfer

Hello

this is really annoying...

cPanel losts custom MX settings during account transfer. Why? What did I wrong?

I started simple account transfer from oldserver to newserver.
Account has a custom MX settings to google apps.
After transfer MX changed to default mail IN MX 0 domain.com. and lost all the google settings.

Is it a known problem or something wrong at my settings?

Hello

Is this a cPanel to cPanel transfer? Or, are you copying the account from a remote control panel? Also, could you let us know if you are using the express transfer option, or if a DNS cluster is configured?
