Hi guys. I have a few questions about mail. Some of my users have accumulated a 150MB+ inbox for their cpanelusername@domain.com email account.

They say that they had 20,000+ emails in there. Is there a way to delete this account and make any incoming email that does not have an address associated with it bounce? Or possibly set the limit of that account to 5 megs or so so it doesnt build up?

    Thanks

In cpanel mail functions, click on "default address", then "set default address", then just set the default address to :blackhole: of :fail: no such address.

If someone mistypes an address, fail will tell them and blackhole won't, but fail will tend to make the mail queue get larger.
