cPanel mail problem

    Hi,

    I have a big problem with mails.. :

    POP3 doesn't work..

    I restart all of my mails services but the problem is the same..

    try to add port 25 in iptables : iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport 25 -j ACCEPT

    Who can help me ?

    Hello :)

    Please check if your mail server (Courier or Dovecot) is listening on port 110:

    # netstat -lnp | grep :110
    You may also want to check if you are able to receive emails to confirm if it's an issue with the mail server, or just your firewall blocking remote connections.

    And I don't receive any mails..

    Your pop3 service shows down. You need to check status of it and check if it shows any error. Moreover you can check mail logs to find out exact cause.

    The mail log is at /var/log/maillog location for POP3 and IMAP services as well as SpamAssassin. Please always put the path to the exact log location being recommended to check.

    I CAN now sent/receive mails.
    But Why whmcs says POP3 offline ? But http and FTP online ?

    In host control access I have allowed all connections but the problem is the same.

    WHMCS shows POP3 as offline or WHM does? If WHMCS is showing it as offline, have you submitted a ticket to WHMCS support?
