cpanel mail server only sending to web accounts?

I have several sites hosted with isphost.org using cpanel and MS Frontpage.
A form at www.inovo.tv/contact is giving me nightmares! It sends email to gmail and yahoo accounts but NOT to the domain I want it to or to my own @ntlworld.com either.
Here is the generated report from cpanel mailbox
