cpanel moved account - how to sync changes with remote

I have transferred a site from old server to new server for testing.... once new server is all good, how can I sync DB and file changes on old server to the new server to ensure all data is exact?

I don't really want to have to migrate the entire account again.

and rsync /home/username/
