Hi

I have recently moved some customers from one server to another. These customers had addon domains and 1 parked domains.

The issue is that the addon domains did not transfer to the new account and neither did the parked domain.

I still see the directories of course but the addon domains cannot be added again and neither can the parked domians.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue so the parked and addon domains can be added again?

just enter the users cpanel an re add them

log on whm , delete the dns zones of addon and parked domains and readd them

Do i delete the dns zones on the new server or the old one? I do not see the dns zones on the new server?

it most likely did not create them just recreate the domains again

That is the problem it will not re-create as Cpanel says they already exist but they do not show under the Parked domains or the addon domains.

There seems to be a bug in the domain transfer script that copies references to parked domains, but does not set up named entries. I found a clue at http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=42290

Basically, just remove all references to the parked domains in /var/cpanel/users/{$USERNAME} and you'll be able to re-add the domains.
