On my linux server, cPanel > Backup > Download a MySQL Database Backup option no functioning properly. It downloads the db backup, when i extract it, the file is blank (no database entries exists)

    I am using :

    CENTOS 5.5
    WHM 11.26.16
    cPanel Version : 11.26.16
    MySQL Version : 5.0.91-community
    Apache Version : 2.2.16

I have created Five mysql database under this domain. Hosted many other sites on the same server and they don't have an issue like this.

Under the same domain, home directory backup, email, forwards etc backup options are working fine.

Can somebody help me on this issue ?

Thank you very much for your help.

You may need to change the mysql configuration values in /etc/my.cnf and restart it . What is your current configuration
