I am experiencing some issues with cPanel. When going to cPanel.mytld.com, I am not viewing the cPanel login screen. For some reason I am viewing one of my add-on domains. cPanel access still works through the port however.

    How can I fix this?

What access level do you have on the machine? Are you the website / cPanel account owner, or do you have root level access to SSH and WHM?

With that access level, you would want to contact your hosting provider to ask if they have proxy subdomains setup to use cpanel.domain.com on the server. If proxy subdomains are not setup in WHM > Tweak Settings, then you wouldn't be able to use cpanel.domain.com as the url.

Only the hosting provider can tell you why this is not working and whether it should be or not.
