cPanel Nameserver IPs still blank

    Hello everyone,
    i need help with WHM (11.32) Vps Optimized, (server centos 5.8) configuration (set private nameserver).

    I assign in basic configuration ns1.domain.com, ns2, ns3, ns4 to ip.

    Created domain and it's work good.

    but in DNS Functions >> Nameserver IPs still blank screen. (also /var/cpanel/nameserverips.yaml still blank).

    how i can reconfig it to be work?

    Hello :)

    The data visible on this option should be populated automatically by the following command:

    # /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/updatenameserverips
    It detects which name servers are used in your DNS Zones and outputs the IP address associated with those name servers. Typically, there is no need to run the above command manually. If this is not working as intended, please submit a ticket so we can take a closer look:

    Thanks for help, it's resolved after system reboot via VPS Manager Panel.

    I try to :
    /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/updatenameserverips

    and reboot via VePortal but still blank

    What must we do?
